Administration Roles

Business Support Manager

Full Time 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £28,302

We’re recruiting for a new role at Milton Keynes Christian Foundation, looking for someone who can take on a number of our office management functions (finance, HR, health and safety) to help ensure that our organisation is in a good position to support the young people who are enrolled on our education programme.

Bookkeeping will be a major part of this role, along with supporting our recruiting and employee management functions. We’re looking for some with financial administration experience, an understanding of the charity sector, and passionate about our values; helping young people succeed in an alternative education environment.

The Business Support Manager will be working closely with our senior staff who run our nursery, urban farm, cafe, and cycling social enterprises.

The Learning Team

Functional skills volunteer

Do you have a passion to assist young people to reach their full potential by helping them to develop their ability in English and Maths? Would you like to use your skills and experience to provide a refreshing approach to tutoring Maths and English in ways that engages the young people and helps to build their confidence? Would you be happy to provide one-to-one and small group support as well as working empathetically with those who have additional learning needs or specific barriers to learning?

If the answer to these questions is yes please consider becoming a functional skills volunteer and joining our Learning and Trainee Support Team. If you are interested in this role, we’d love to hear from you!
