Dried Confetti for Dyeing (mixed)

Our Confetti dye mix includes rose petals, calendula, marigold and delphiniums grown by our staff and trainees at our Dye Garden at the Urb Farm, Wolverton.  It also includes would-be-waste onion skins and hibiscus flowers.  The marbled colour mix result ranges from pink to blue to green tones.

We are selling our Confetti dye mix in 25g, 50g and 100g weight.  We will also include a leaflet introducing you to natural dyeing in your order.

25g = £3
50g = £6
100g = £12

For a patterned dye result, you can simply sprinkle the crumbled dye confetti over damp mordanted fabric, roll the fabric up like a sausage and steam it for an hour.  This is called bundle dyeing.  25g of dye material will provide enough to experiment with a bundle dye.
